Data controller

Routing Node System, reachable at 5395 Crooks Ports, 苗栗市, 福建省, Taiwan and hello@routingnodesystem.digital, is the controller for personal data collected through this website and related engagement inquiries.

Data we collect

• Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
• Inquiry content such as engagement type, preferred dates, and product descriptions
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when analytics cookies are accepted

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, deliver contracted audit work, improve site usefulness, and meet legal record-keeping duties.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement files are retained for at least seven years or longer when supervisory or contractual obligations require. Analytics data aggregated without direct identifiers may be kept for 14 months.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain uses. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwan authority.

International transfers

If processors outside Taiwan host email or file exchange, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination. We will identify material processors on request during an engagement.
