Acceptance

By using this website or commissioning an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services. Written engagement letters control over marketing copy on this site where the two differ.

Services described

Pages describing audits, assessments, and facilitation are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timeline arise only when both parties sign an engagement letter or accept a written quotation.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and brand marks, belongs to Routing Node System or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute materials for commercial use without written permission. Deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed to the client as stated in the engagement letter; working papers remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to introduce malware, scrape content at scale, or submit false inquiry details intended to disrupt our practice.

Disclaimer

Audit findings reflect sampling and information provided by the client at a point in time. They are not a guarantee of licence approval, correspondent acceptance, or absence of fraud. We do not provide legal opinions unless expressly engaged to do so under separate terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Routing Node System is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability under paid engagements is limited as set out in the applicable engagement letter, typically to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
