Evidence packs that shorten a pre-license conversation

An evidence pack is not a dump of folders. It is a curated set that lets a reader move from policy statement to living example without opening twelve unrelated drives.
For pre-license readiness work, we suggest a fixed sequence: policy excerpt, process map, blank form, completed sample with personal data redacted, and the exception log entry if the sample went sideways. Number the files. Keep file names boring and searchable.
What to leave out
Marketing decks, pitch narratives, and product roadmaps do not help an auditor test a control. They add noise. Keep them in a separate diligence folder if investors request them, but do not mix them into the control evidence pack.
